@lids Good afternoon and merry Christmas!!!!! I have an issue with my logo being lost or deleted. I had a logo put on a hat over a year ago and have been back several times to have more made and I can’t because they have no record of my logo.

@LidsAssist I am really frustrated and pissed that this keeps happening. I paid to have it digitized so it could be saved and now it’s gone again. Can someone help me with this please???!!!!!

@LidsAssist And each time my logo was lost as if I never had anything done. Someone was called in a different department to try and find it and luckily it was found so I return to have more hats made and boom it’s lost again!!!!

@LidsAssist Good afternoon, I have a very serious problem. I have my own design that I had embroidered on a hat inside one of your stores in the Altamont Mall (in Orlando Fla) nearly two years ago and during that time I have gone at least twice to have a few more hats done.

@Walmart why do you guys have 30 lanes but only 10 open with over a 1000 people in line? It’s like this at every Walmart in the city of Orlando. The lines are so long. Why don’t you have enough cashiers to get everyone out in a decent manner? This is ridiculous!!!!!
