We are watching Ts build soc contracts and getting more input than ever thru chats and breakouts virtually. Learning how to self govern is the core of SEL and there is no better way than learning to live “to the aspirations” of a social contract. We make each other better.

Who would have guessed Bald Know Ark would have some of the most amazing Ed’s? What a wonderful time today w/Melissa Gipson, Sup’t and her team. First time I’ve spoken since March and I’m missing being with great teachers...what a joy. Small towns and awesome people.

Also got to be w/Lisa Moore and Lynn Garner @ H.L. Lubker Elementary in Bald Knob Ark. They are a CKH National Showcase School and you can see why the minute u walk in. They were dancing, singing and having a great time. It’s no wonder their kids want to be back in school.

The social contract was the same as our core values we used! I loved the affirmation notes though, that was my favorite thing.
