75 degrees with 85% humidity made it tough this morning. Todayโs forecast is for 103 degrees ๐ฅต tried riding up the new trail to the pea gravel area but we were too exhausted to ride it all the way up. Oh well thereโs always next week
13.12 miles for today's ride , no Booger Woods riding due to all the thunderstorms and heavy rains we had earlier in the week . thunderstorms are in the forecast for tomorrow so we rode today
trying the Strava app for this morning's ride and so far I like it , lots of tree debris from last weeks thunder storms . but overall the trails were pretty good .
13.27 miles for our pavement ride, all the trails are under water due to all of the thunderstorms that dropped a ton of rain. Either way it was a great ride and pretty good weather ( mid 50โs with moderate humidity and no wind)
Got in 10 before some rain started, radar showed the storm approaching so we called it a day. Stayed on the pavement as it poured down rain all last night
Looks like we have a 2 to 3 hour window for our ride tomorrow morning before the heavy rains arrive. Not very confident in the weather peoples forecast for tomorrow morning. They seem to miss the arrival time for the rains almost every single time.
this morning's stats , seems that they are doing some type of tree clearing in the swamp area . so we too a short detour to see if it would connect to the pea gravel trail. it appears to going that way but still not 100% sure .
