@sommecourt I am a fifth generation chef and my great grandfather was a chef/cook in Verdun. I would really be interested in finding out about him. He has a gallantry medal and was wounded three times. It should be quite easy to find out about him as our name is unusual “Eugene Oberhoffer “

@rjhumphrey @michelrouxjr All good here. Both my boys have left home and are doing well and I’m teaching at City College Norwich 2 days a week. I managed to rent the restaurant out so I’m now a landlord 😳 Covid been a real challenge but we are now moving forward 😎
