We Arsenal fans really don’t understand the level of control Mikel Arteta has over this team. Everybody is in line. He’s the boss in every way, and every single soul respects and follows him.
Let’s talk about Eze, for example! He has been subbed off at half-time multiple times. Remember last season when Arteta benched his soul? But anytime he gets a chance to play, he gives 100%! No time for emotions!
Look at Madueke too! Man was so spoilt at Chelsea! If he gets subbed off, he throws a tantrum! But at Arsenal, them no born am well! I have never seen an Arsenal player do nonsense when they get hooked early. You will go back to your father’s house! That’s the values Arteta has created and maintained in this Arsenal squad!
Look at Gyökeres too! He’s not starting, but anytime he comes on, he fights! The issue I have with Gyökeres is the people who are always making other players look bad because of him. It’s stupid! Same thing they tried to do with Eze by trying to make Ødegaard look bad, but they’re all mute now.
Look at Lewis Myles-Skelly! Man was benched last season and nearly turned into a ball boy, but when he got a chance to play, he was beautiful and even did so well in the Champions League final and continued his form this season!
Look at Merino! A World Cup winner who doesn’t start, but whenever he comes on, he’s locked in! What a beast of a footballer!
That’s why I’m not worried about Zubimendi, because I have seen so much propaganda from small minds about him. He played a fvcking lot of games last season, and I’m sure he will get his games. It’s just a matter of time.
Mikel Arteta has 100% control of this team. There’s love, and there’s a job to be done. He’s their friend and their boss. He has mastered the art of being both. There’s time to love and a time to work.
Finally, there’s no Arsenal player who wants to leave, whether they’re playing or not, because every player wants to win and compete, and the Arsenal squad has been built to dominate.
Mikel Arteta, my manager in whom I’m well pleased! THE EMPEROR ⚔️
Football feels scripted.
Myles Lewis-Skelly made his Arsenal debut against Manchester City on 22 September 2024.
Haaland asked him: “Who the F* are you?”**
Just 4 months later, on 2 February 2025, Skelly scored his first Arsenal goal, against Manchester City.
And that’s only part of Myles’ story. This documentary reveals things you probably didn’t know about him.
And now, Arteta’s Arsenal face Maresca’s Manchester City in the Community Shield.
I reckon Myles is about to do wonders.

What is the worth of a Nigerian life?
