Today’s episode features an incredible conversation between @BobRuffTruth and @dwaynebetts After spending nearly 9 years in prison where books were treated as contraband, Dwayne became a poet, writer and lawyer. He ultimately founded Freedom Reads where he provides custom curated libraries to prisons nationwide.
So, I'm going on CasexCase today at 7 p.m. EST to do my hot-ish take on #RichardAllen's reply brief. It's not a read through. I hope to say some (possibly wrong) things for a half hour +/- and then answer some questions.
Looking forward to it.

@Kevin_J_Murphy and the @NDLawEJC (Notre Dame Exoneration Clinic) on this week with @BobRuffTruth on @TruthJusticePod
They do amazing work, especially in Elkhart, the U.S. Wrongful Conviction Capitol . (You'd *think* NOLA would hold that honor—Nope.)

Will be on with @BobRuffTruth for the weekly Friday follow-up episode of @TruthJusticePod to answer his and his Patreon members' questions live. Recording tonight, so you might drop questions here, and maybe I can get to them.

@IUHabeas@BobRuffTruth@TruthJusticePod I can’t wait to listen. Bob’s was my first podcast after ‘serial’ (it was ‘serial dynasty’ before ‘truth and justice’ and I’ve been hooked ever since! I’m so happy to have you discuss cases with him! 🦩🐬
Odds are I'm going to be talking #Delphi / #RichardAllen with @BobRuffTruth on this Sunday's episode of @TruthJusticePod—more the present and future than the past. I really enjoyed it, and it is always a privilege to be able to talk with Bob about just about anything.
