@BHPhotoVideo I love the new option for video chat with a specialist! I used it yesterday for help with Nikon Z5 + Z6 cameras\lenses. Being able to see both a webcam view of the gear and also get a feed from the actual camera is amazing. Its the next best thing to being in-store.
