@GavinNewsom Sounds like you are making Clarence Thomas' argument against birthright citizenship, that it all depends on domicile. If you have your domicile in CA, you can't be subject to the jurisdiction of Virginia, you are a citizen of CA. Likewise if your domicile is in China.
