@NYCHealthSystem 2 weeks ago i went to Essen Medical Urgent Care for a covid test which are free all over and i was just sent a bill for $89 dollars for simply speaking to the Dr who called me with the results. The bill literally states "PHONE E/M BY PHYS 5-10 Min".
