6 weeks post-surgery update: Mobility and strength are back to about 80%, but still need more work on flexibility. Biggest lesson so far? The real battle isn’t just physical- it’s mental. Grateful for God’s grace and mercies, and excited to get back to coaching soon.

About a week post-op update: Walking independently again and can get up from a chair and sit back down on my own. Still don’t feel fully aligned or 100% natural yet - but progress is progress. Grateful for GOD’s hand on me and trusting the process. One day at a time 🙏
