Proton boys down the road advised 33 fx of protons for a 3 mm basal cell ca on the chin.

I gave five fx with 50 kvp. Spot’s gone (naturally) and cosmesis is ideal. Probably came in at 1% of the charges.

This goes way past unethical and into criminal/sinful.

We ALWAYS check the header for 3D correction (and bandwidth) on MR images for cranial SRT planning, and only accept them from the local magnets we’ve commissioned (2x Siemens).

Siemens: DIS3D, DIS2D or ND for none.
Toshiba: “GDC”
Other vendors likely use this tag, not sure of codes (ask apps).

GE: (0043,102d) “w”
