@sainsburys It’s been over 4 weeks since upgrade and pay at pump option only works 50% of the time. Also unable to scan Nectar card then pay with card. #Hessle
@Hull_Trains I have two travellers returning to HUL from KGX awaiting delayed 18:48 service. Was turned away from LNER due to no capacity. Hopefully signalling issue resolved soon.
@YotelHQ @CentralCee123_ Hi Sam, did you get resolution to your complaint. We also spoke to a manager after our awful stay at Glasgow and despite chasing never heard back. Wondering if it’s worth the hassle emailing social team. We had a 4 night stay and it was pretty awful.
