Its been 8 days since we last had electricity in Mothotlung ext 2, Brits. We reported the outage and have been waiting ever since last week tuesday. We went to Eskom offices in Garankuwa but they working on a list which is operated by security which has to be full first ,#Eskom

As a member and govt employee, im so dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of service that im receiving 😢. I wonder what an ordinary beneficiary has to deal with. My case was Closed without me being notified, why are the SOPs silent?
