Finally got some great weather and the shuttle hurdles boys hit a Drake Blue Standard running 58.91 which is also a new school record!

Distance medley with a strong showing getting second with a team of Mitch Mulhern, Lincoln Wolf, Rhyker Wright and Tyson Fear.

The 4x200 team with another Relays win and a new school record with a time of 1:30.33. Members were Nick Stein, Jerron Heller, Eli Graves and Rhyker Wright.

Two good individual performances from Jerron and Eli. Eli wins the high jump and Jerron gets second in his 400 hurdles.

First shuttle relay of the year starts with a win at the Sioux City Relays!

The boys and girls had a fun day running in Ames on Friday! Boys were led by Eli getting 2nd in the HJ and he was apart of the 2nd place shuttle team with Asa, Avery and Jerron. Jerron also got 4th in the 60H. Finally, our distance med got 5th with Lincoln, Asa, Jake, Tyson.
