ရှမ်းမန်း နဲ့ ၁၀၂၇ စစ်ဆ���်ရေး အပိုင်း (၂) တွေဟာ လားရှိုး၊ ပြင်ဦးလွင် နဲ့ မန္တလေး မြို့ (၃) မြို့ကို စစ်ဦးတည်ထားပါတယ်။ အဲဒီ (၃) မြို့ထဲက အရှေ့မြောက်တိုင်း စစ်ဌာနချုပ်ဟာ စစ်အင်အား အတောင့်အတင်းဆုံး ဖြစ်ပေမယ့်လဲ ကိုးကန့် MNDAA၊ ပူးပေါင်းတပ်တွေက သိမ်းယူလိုက်ပြီး ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကျန်တဲ့ မြို့တွေကတော့ အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်တပ်ရဲ့ စစ်တက္ကသိုလ်တွေ အခြေစိုက်ရာ ပြင်ဦးလွင် ခေါ် မေ မြို့ နဲ့ အလယ်ပိုင်းတိုင်း စစ်ဌာနချုပ် အခြေစိုက်ရာ မန္တလေးမြို့တို့ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကျန်မြို့ (၂) မြို့ကို ဘယ်တော့ သိမ်းနိုင်မလဲ ဆိုတဲ့ မေးခွန်း ပေါ်လာပါတယ်။ စစ်တပ်ဟာ တိုက်တိုင်းရှုံးဖြစ်နေတာ ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေး တပ်မတော် နဲ့ တိုင်းရင်းသား တော်လှန်ရေး အဖွဲ့တွေဟာ တို���်တိုင်းနိုင်ဖြစ်နေတာကြောင့် အဲဒီ မြို့ (၂) မြို့ဟာလဲ မကြာခင် သိမ်းယူနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ နှိုင်းရအားဖြင့်ဆိုရင်လဲ အမာခံ စစ်တိုင်းဌာနချုပ်မြို့ဖြစ်တဲ့ လားရှိုး မြို့လောက် ပြင်ဦးလွင် နဲ့ မန္တလေးမြို့ဟာ လုံခြုံရေး ခိုင်မာတောင့်တင်းခြင်းမရှိပါဘူး။ မေမြို့ဆိုရင် စစ်တက္ကသိုလ်တွေ အများစုရှိပြီး မနူးမနပ် စစ်သင်တန်းသားသစ်လေးတွေ နဲ့ စစ်ကျောင်းဆရာတွေသာ ရှိပါတယ်။ မန္တလေ���မြို့ဟာ ဆိုရင်လဲ ခုခံစစ် အစတည်းက မြို့တွင်း တိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေ၊ မြို့ပတ်ခြာလည် ဒေသမှာ ပြောက်ကျားနယ်တွေ ထူထောင်ထားပြီး ဖြစ်လို့ မြို့တွင်း စိမ့်ဝင်(infiltrate) တိုက်ခိုက်ဖို့လဲ မခက်သလို မြို့ကို ဝိုင်းပတ် ပိတ်ဆို့ဖို့ (encircle) လဲ မခက်ပါဘူး။ ဘယ်မြို့တွေမှာ ဘယ်လို တိုက်ပွဲပုံစံတွေ ပေါ်လာပြီး ဘယ်လို သိမ်းယူသွားမလဲ ? စစ်တပ်ဟာ ခုခံ တိုက်ခိုက်နိုင်အုံးမလား?
ရှမ်းမန်း စစ်ဆင်ရေး အရ ရှမ်းမြောက်ဒေသ နဲ့ မန္တလေးတိုင်းမှာရှိတဲ့ လွတ်မြောက်နယ်မြေတွေဟာ ခိုင်ခိုင်မာမာ ထိစပ်သွားပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါ့အပြင် ရှမ်းမြောက်၊ မန္တလေး နဲ့ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းကြားမှာလဲ ပြောက်ကျားနယ်မြေတွေကြား ချိတ်ဆက်မှု ခိုင်ခိုင်မာမာ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တော်လှန်ရေး အင်အားစုတွေဘက်က စစ်နယ်မြေတွေ ဆက်စပ်မိသွားချိန်မှာ စစ်တပ်ဟာ မန္တလေး မြို့တွင်းထိကို လှုပ်ရှားနယ်မြေ သေးကျုံ့ဝင်သွားပါတယ်။ မြို့နဲ့ မိုင် (၄၀) သာ ကွာတဲ့ စဉ့်ကူးမြို့ကို ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေး တပ်မတော် က သိမ်းယူလိုက်ပြီး ဖြစ်သလို မန္တလေးမြို့ နဲ့ (၁၅) မိုင်ဝေးတဲ့ အယ်ဖယ် ဘိလပ်မြေ စက်ရုံ ကို လဲ သိမ်းယူထားပါတယ်။ ဒီလို ပေါ်ပေါက်လာတဲ့ စစ်ရေး အခြေအနေဟာ သပိတ်ကျင်း၊ စဉ့်ကူး၊ တကောင်း နယ်မြေက တော်လှန်ရေး အင်အားစုတွေ နဲ့ ဧရာဝတီ မြစ် တဘက်ကမ်းမှာ ရှိတဲ့ ��ွှေဘို နယ်ထဲက အင်အားစုတွေကြား လွတ်လပ်စွာ ချိတ်ဆက် သွားလာစေနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဆိုလိုတာ အဲဒီ ဒေသက ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေး တပ်မတော် တပ်ရင်း၊ တပ်ဖွဲ့တွေဟာ မန္တလေးမြို့ စစ်မျက်နှာ အကန့်ကို စိတ်ကြိုက် စစ်ချီသွားလာနိုင်ပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မန္တလေးမြို့ ရဲ့ မြောက်ဘက်မှာ ခိုင်မာတဲ့ လွတ်မြောက်ဒေသကြီး ပေါ်လာသလို မြို့တောင်ဘက် နယ်မြေတွေ ဖြစ်တဲ့ တံတားဦး၊ မြင်းခြံ၊ နွားထိုးကြီး၊ စဉ့်ကိုင် မှာလ��� ပြောက်ကျားလှုပ်ရှားမှုတွေ အားကောင်းလာပါတယ်။ မြို့ပြ တိုက်ပွဲ (Urban Warfare) တွေဟာ အဆင့် (၃) ခု နဲ့ တိုက်ခိုက်ရလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။ ပထမ အဆင့်မှာ ရန်သူဟာ လုံခြုံရေး တင်းကြပ်စွာ ချထားနိုင်တဲ့ အခြေအနေ မှာ ကိုယ့်ဘက်က အထူးစစ်ဆင်ရေး ပုံစံ နဲ့ လျှပ်တပျက်သာ ဝင်ရောက် တိုက်ခိုက်ရပါတယ်။ ဒုတိယ အဆင့်မှာတော့ မြို့ပြ ဒေသ အပေါ် ရန်သူ့ထိန်းချုပ်မှု လျော့ကျလာပြီး ကိုယ့်ဘက်က စိတ်ကြိုက် ဝင်ရောက် တိုက��ခိုက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ လက်ရှိ ရေစကြို၊ ပခုက္ကူ၊ ရွှေဘို၊ ဒီပဲယင်း၊ ကနီ မြို့တွေဟာ အဲဒီလို အခြေအနေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မြို့ရဲ့ ပတ်ခြာလည် ဒေသမှာ ပြောက်ကျား လှုပ်ရှားမှု နယ်မြေကို ထူထောင်ပြီးတဲ့နောက်မှာ မြို့တွင်းကို အလွယ်တကူ ဝင်ရောက်ထိုးဖောက်နိုင်လာမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မန္တလေး မြို့ဟာလဲ မကြာခင် အချိန်မှာ မြို့ပြ တိုက်ခိုက်မှု အဆင့် (၂) ကို ရောက်ရှိလာမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တတိယ အဆင့်ကတော့ မြို့တွေကို အပြည့်အဝ ထိန်းချုပ်ထားပြီး မြို့တွင်း တိုက်ပွဲ ဆင်တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အဆင့် (၂) ကို ရောက်ပြီးသွားရင်တော့ မန္တလေးမြို့ထဲက စစ်အာဏာရှင် နောက်လိုက်တွေ အနေနဲ့ စစ်စခန်းတွေ၊ ရဲစခန်းတွေ စွန့်ခွာထွက်ပြေးတာ၊ လက်နက်ချတာ တွေ အလုံးအရင်း နဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါမှ မဟုတ်လဲ ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေး တပ်မတော် နဲ့ တော်လှန်ရေး အ���်အားစုတွေရဲ့ ချေမှုန်းမှု ခံရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မြို့ပြ လူထု ဟာ နဂိုကတည်းက စစ်တပ်ကို လိုလားသူတွေ မဟုတ်တဲ့ အတွက် တော်လှန်ရေး အင်အားစုတွေကို သတင်းပေးတာ၊ ထိရောက်စွာ ကူညီတာတွေ လုပ်ဆောင်လာမှာ ဖြစ်တဲ့ အတွက် စစ်တပ် အတွက် အရေးကြီးတဲ့ ထောက်လှမ်းရေး သတင်း ရရှိနိုင်မှာ မဟုတ်ဘဲ တော်လှန်ရေး အင်အားစုတွေဘက်ကတော့ ထောက်လှမ်းရေး သတင်း နဲ့ လူထု ကူညီမှု ကို ရရှိကာ တိုက်ပွဲ ကို အထောက်အကူ ��ြစ်စေမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ပြင်ဦးလွင် ခေါ် မေမြို့ကတော့ တိုက်ခိုက်လို့ မရတဲ့ မြို့ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ မေမြို့ကို ယခင်ကလဲ တိုက်ခဲ့သလို ယခုလဲ တိုက်လျက်ရှိပါတယ်။ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနစ်၊ သ◌ြဂုတ် (၁၅) ရက်နေ့မှာ စစ်နည်းပညာ တက္ကသိုလ် ကို ညီနောင် မဟာမိတ် အဖွဲ့တွေက (၁၀၇) မမ ဒုံးကျည်တွေ ��ဲ့ ပစ်ခတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ၂၀၂၄ ခုနစ်၊ ဧပြီလ (၈) ရက်နေ့မှာ စစ်တက္ကသိုလ် ကို မန္တလေးတိုင်း ပကဖ က ၁၀၇ မမ ဒုံးကျည် (၅) လုံး နဲ့ ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဧပြီ (၁၄) ရက်နေ့ ညပိုင်းမှာလဲ စစ်တက္ကသိုလ် ကို ဒုံးကျည် အမြောက်အများသုံး တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါ့အပြင် မေမြို့နဲ့ (၁၅) မိုင်သာ ဝေးတဲ့ နောင်ချို မြို့နယ် သံဘိုရွာ အခြေစိုက် စစ်စခန်း တခု ကိုလဲ ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေး တပ်မတော် နဲ့ TNLA တို့ ၂၀၂၄ ခ��နစ် ဇန်နဝါရီ (၃) ရက်နေ့မှာ သိမ်းယူနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး ဒုတိယဗိုလ်မှူးကြီး အပါအဝင် စစ်သုံ့ပန်းတွေ ဖမ်းယူနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အခုဆိုရင် မေမြို့ မြောက်ဘက်က နောင်ချို မြို့နယ် တခုလုံးကို တအာင်း တပ် က သိမ်းယူပြီး ဖြစ်သလို အနောက်ဘက် မိုင် (၃၀) ပတ်ခြာလည်မှာရှိတဲ့ ပုသိမ်ကြီး မြို့နယ်မှာ တော်လှန်ရေး အင်အားစုတွေ စိမ့်ဝင် အခြေစိုက်ထားပြီး ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မေမြို့တောင်ဘက် အင်တော ဒေသမှာလဲ ဓနုတပ် တွေ လှုပ်ရှား တိုက်ခိုက်လျက်ရှိပါတယ်။ အဲဒီအချက်တွေ ကြည့်ရင် မေမြို့ဟာ အရပ်လေးမျက်နှာက ဝန်းရံ ပိတ်ဆို့မှု ကို စတင် ခံလာရပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လားရှိုး၊ မန္တလေးတို့နဲ့ မတူတာက မေမြို့ဟာ တိုင်းစစ်ဌာနချုပ် မြို့ မဟုတ်တဲ့ အပြင် တောင်တန်းဒေသ အလယ်မှာရှိခြင်း၊ အတွေ့အကြုံရင့်တပ်တွေထက် စစ်ကျောင်းတွေသာ ရှိခြင်းတို့တွေကြောင့် တိုက်ခိုက်သိမ်းယူမယ်ဆိုရင် နှိုင်းရအားဖြင့် ပိုမိုလွယ်ကူပါလိမ့်မယ်။
