Congratulations to Ember and Lily from Development Squad. They were competing at the NER final last weekend and met Team GB medal winner James Wilby. Lily finalled in 100 and 50 breast and Ember in 50 free. Well done to both 👏

The 4th of July will soon be upon us! If you won a trophy at the BOK Bash last year, it’s time to bring it back. Tickets for this year’s event will be on sale soon and we DESPERATELY need raffle prizes!

On Saturday 18th April, Dan from our Competitive Squad competed in the Cerebral Palsy National Swimming Championships in Derby. He had a successful day, coming away with 4 silver medals & a 2 second pb in his 50 Breaststroke 👏👏👏

Disability Squad and BKS (Bradford Keighley and Skipton Disability Athletes) competed at the Special Olympics Northern swimming Gala in Sunderland on the 18th April. 3 personal bests, 2 silver medals (50m free & 50m breast) & 1 bronze in 50m back. Team gold in the 4x25m relay 🙌
