you have hired highly unprofessional guys to install the ac.

1. they have their own rules and not following your guidelines available over website.

2. over charging
3. Dont have drill bit
4. Don't know value of vaccum

Purchase 1.5ton Hot&Cold AC Yesterday, delivered.
Now installation is awaited.

Daikin engineer is asking 2000 rs for installation and 600Rs for outdoor stand which is already purchased by me.

is it justified

Meter reader is doing work from home and generating bill without visiting meter.

my meter is showing 11430 reading but bill shows 12050 units.
