My account was locked immediately after switching to Pro.
£500+ balance inaccessible for 2+ weeks.
No response from support.
Now fake accounts are attempting to scam me.
I need urgent access restored or funds released.

Shared screenshots. Verified details.
Still no solution. No clear response.

This is not just a login issue — this is a funds access problem.

• My account logo shows on login
• But I’m completely locked out
This started immediately after switching from Private → Pro seller.
