Google, you illiterate fuck, don't correct me with bad grammar, "When did Reagan become president" IS the proper way to write that.
Jesus fuck I hate that illiteracy is the standard for Google now.
What's the point in nuking your search engine with ai if you can't even write?
After many years now of commissioning and working alongside many different artists, I can officially say that I have worked with 100 different artists.
The overwhelming majority of these experiences have been positive, with only 5 out of that 100 being a negative experience.
you're not dreaming, this is Spyro 1 running natively on windows 11 with the brand new OpenPETE decomp + recomp hybrid by Amec/tyscorp.
60fps, true widescreen, no polygon wobble, perspective correct textures, the works.
a spyro PC port is coming, much sooner than we all think.
@DiscussingFilm My first thought upon seeing this trailer was, "Huh, this actually looks good and doesn't seem to be nostalgia bait! Although it feels extremely familiar for some reason..." and then I read the comments and it all made sense.
Lol, for all the people who gave me shit about pointing out the lack of accuracy in that one Gwen plush, Emezie comes along and proves them wrong.

@ArtistNcs I'm still personally a hard shipper of Spyro with Elora. Might be vanilla, but it's good.
Also, I don't know who calculated Spyro as being 5 feet tall (probably because of his height compared to Crash), but that makes Elora like, 8 feet tall.
@rej_draws I remember Telepurte doing an animation of this exact thing the other year (Nevermind, it was 5 years ago, fuck) when they were on their, "One animation a day" binge.

I'm just prepared for this to be less of the original Spyro and more of, "Spyro and his Adventures in: Politically Correct Babyland, where all the women are fully clothed with girly hair, nothing is violent, and nothing is funny and everything is a marketable cheap plastic toy!"
Part of my hesitation about trusting Toys for Bob about making a new Spyro game is that they don't have any real success at creating anything original that wasn't reliant on existing IPs.
Their entire history of game making is nothing impressive until they made Skylanders.
Considering how "child safe" they made things with the remakes; putting coverings on female characters, replacing guns with goo launchers, replacing iconic dialogue with politically correct and boring retakes, and removing all the best jokes because they were "inappropriate"...
