@mlazaru $GILD - market cap too large. $ARCT definitely not a pump like other companies. Cash up front from govt and partnership with respected medical school to conduct research is more legitimate than most vaccine companies I’ve see. Can’t speak on ENTA.
$ARCT - my (somewhat) failing Corona virus hedge. Partnership with Duke-NUS med school, upfront payment from Singapore govt. Recently disclosed they have ID’d antigen to target in earnings, STARR platform allows mRNA vaccine in mcg doses, ~$220 mil MC. Does market catch on ?
@westsideguy3 Share prices will inevitably go down with risk-off sentiment. However, for long term investors, future cash flows from potentially approved drugs should not be adversely affected.
Know what you own in times like these. Early stage biotechs with capital/ no debt are the least affected by economic forces and consumer spending. Biotechs will continue to advance research/pipeline regardless of macro forces with their potential new drugs years away. $XBI $IBB
@YGOUCHA@marko01046721 You didn’t ask for my opinion, but..Yup - if safe, improves BCVA, and is durable > 6 months, gene therapy becomes less attractive for patients and physicians. $CLSD Axitinib program looking a whole lot better now as well. Some love maybe finally starting for the TKI inhibitors
@ProQR Partnering with $CLSD would reduce your risk for serious adverse events in LCA10 and future indications. Your targeted dose for LCA (160/80) caused 3/6 lens opacities with 2 requiring cataract surgery. SC administration would allow your drug to avoid the lens.
$OCUL efficacy data for TKI implant showing reduction in fluid is positive read through for $CLSD which has better mode of administration. SC injection allows physicians to titrate dose based on patient need, avoid exposure of TKIs to anterior chamber, and target RPE directly.
$RGNX CC - sums up $ADVM IVT vs $CLSD SCS injector in wet AMD. Is SCS more immune privileged than IVT? Almost certainly, yes.
Is SCS as immune privileged as SR?
Maybe, prob not.
Can $RGNX deliver therapeutic SC dose below threshold of an immune response? Seems that way.
@HenryLodge2 @hsettymd There is no IF subretinal is a homerun. Even with perfect efficacy, inherent surgical procedure makes it maybe a hit to first base. $CLSD SC would be a walk off grand slam in Game 7 of the World Series.
When transforming gene therapy delivery for all ophthalmic diseases is the least financially promising aspect of your pipeline... $CLSD

@HenryLodge2 The Q&A portion you posted is actually bullish for $CLSD. They wasted their time on subretinal dosing 5 coherts and taking 2.5 years. Now they can start at the higher dose coherts immediately for suprachoroidal with a Phase 2.
@HenryLodge2 Per press release 2 days ago. Knowing what dose to start at is different than not starting at all. Keep spreading fake news. Subretinal is trash. $RGNX must look at market cap of $ADVM and be kicking themselves as every1 knows only outpatient is only future.
@HenryLodge2 No1 can take you seriously as you purposely spread misinformation. They reaffirmed initiation with SC in second half and executed option for $2 mil. It’s not an easy answer - What dosage do you start out with different delivery method? Probably closer to 4th and 5th cohort dose
@otcdynamics The amount of presentations/publications $CLSD makes is pretty incredible and rare in biotech esp for a company their size. 7 publications in February, they PR a summary for each one, and publish slides on their website. Appreciate the transparency and work being performed.
$CLSD Recent presentation Feb. 8th reveals the beginning of promising preclinical work investigating complement factor D inhibitor administered through SC space. Likely beginnings for $CLSD to target or partner Dry AMD indication. Just wanted to wish other companies GL.
@HenryLodge2 @hsettymd @KovaK6 It’s official - must be getting trolled. This man thinks we’re trying to shove $CLSD 1mm injector to the back of the eye and make subretinal. @hsettymd we done here.
@hsettymd @HenryLodge2 @KovaK6 Agreed. New CEO has done a wonderful job transitioning company to have more partnerships and preclinical work performed in new indications. Funny thing is $CLSD’s own pipeline has more upside than any partner’s drug. $CLSD just getting started. This story is only 6 months old.
