Its a powder and I mix it in a travel tumbler with a Seltzer water so its fizzy.

I feel like its better than the canned energy drinks.

My sister did rehab 3 times, living sober for a decent stretch after every stint. 2.5 years ago, after being sober for over 2 years, she walked out of the home she shared with her two young sons.
