Enquired re club consultants, brought in by new board to look at all aspects of club positioning, which includes improvements. Sometimes improvements mean restructuring departments. Given some of the summer off field changes (catering/retail) would be expected.
Story makes it sound like its financial difficulty when its trying to ensure club is positioned correctly from its uplift.

Amazing how many people moan about the quality of some aspect of clubs off field performance but then want to jump off a ledge when club try and ensure improvements.
No difference than having a analysis of Hale End and Medical team and those results ended with new replacements arriving.
