@lisamarshall4@NHSLeadership I'm doing really well. Loving living in France. I'm really excited that my family arrive in 2 weeks.
I hope you're doing well and not working too hard!
The Olympic Flame came to the our local town today. Of course we had to get the free t-shirts. Then we walked the official route before coffee and watching the flame come by.
@LauraGinn1983 I've had two frozen shoulders. The first needed surgery, the second helped by steroid injections (which sent my blood glucose off the scale). If you can keep them moving. Small stretches everyday do help. I feel for you as the pain especially at night is terrible.
Today I've had diabetes 40 years. So much has changed in that time. It's still tough but the technology certainly helps. I'm fitter than ever and loving my life.
@BenRavenPDF My last work place, Derby & Derbyshire ICB, was excellent at looking after me when I was hypo. Little fuss made but people kept an eye on me, and checked up later to make sure I was ok.
@welshy_89 I'm in France. For my diabetes medication I see my GP every 3 months & she issues a prescription. For anything else I write a letter to the GP and collect the prescription from the practice. She will call me if she wants to check anything.
