Winter's "one last tour" continues. Snow showing up in the guidance for parts of #NLwx, yet again.
Any accumulation should be confined mainly to high elevations, because it'll be June 8 after all. The season, however, seems intent on stretching this farewell as long as possible.
A little June 1st flurry underway in L'Anse au Loup. Not related to the system affecting the Avalon, but from a cold pool aloft drifting down from the north). #nlwx#Labrador

Vigorous flurry working through #Gander. Coupled with temperatures near -11°C and winds gusting to 50 km/h, makes for a quick drop in visibility. Measuring 1.5 cm as of 3:15 pm.
Fortunately looks transient. Appears connected with a shortwave trough tied to offshore low . #nlwx
