Today is the last, last day of elementary school. After 12 years from my oldest to now, the last one for my little one. It's kinda sad. I wish I had volunteered more, helped more with carpool, gone to more lunches, attended field trips. Ultimately we do the best we can.

@TTTExchange Timing is everything in this business — losing a truck deal because financing fell through is just as painful as losing a load. One thing I'd add: owner-operators should know their actual numbers — monthly profit, cost-per-mile, current debt load, to get that financing. 🚛
