They say there are inescapable things in this reality. Gravity (probably, but I’m a bookseller not a physicist), taxes (for most of us), rent-hikes and death (no comment on those last two).To see how we plan to make an independent bookstore on Long Island: https://t.co/IdpjHf0DnA
Not sure what to do this Easter? Come to TNC for a RARE BOOK HUNT! We will also be hiding Easter eggs with TNC credit slips hidden inside :) check out our website for more details! https://t.co/Ymd4miVUQI

Heard outside our pop-up bookshop @HuntingtonArts (open till 7) today as three teens dashed across Main Street, "risking our lives for books." While here at The Next Chapter we don't necessarily condone this behavior (for legal reasons), we also refuse to condemn it ;)
Come to @nextchapterli pop-up bookstore at @HuntingtonArts this weekend! 213 Main St, Huntington, Sat & Sun May 14th & 15th 12-5pm. Thousands of books will be there - used books, rare books, remainders. If you can't make it this time, our goal is to do these every weekend!
Thought you might like to know, according to @Kickstarter our campaign is the highest funded literary space Kickstarter campaign in Kickstarter history. (!!!) @BookRevueLI
I'm sad to say that another great author has passed away. I remember when my friend and I waited in a line that wrapped around the block of @BookRevueLI in Huntington, NY to meet @AnneRiceAuthor. She signed my books and my denim jacket that night.
@nextchapterli#tlchat
“What do you think this line is for?” My friend Anna asked as we passed the row of goths waiting outside @BookRevueLI in 1992.
“I dunno, should we get in line and find out?”
“You definitely should,” one of the goths told us. And so we did.
#RIPAnneRice
It seems we've met the goal. $250,000, 41 days. Thank you all who've supported this project, thank you Richard Klein for being with me thru every part of this process. Next: establish a bookstore in Huntington. Stay tuned & when we're open, shop w The Next Chapter!!! @BookRevueLI
