Truthfully, I think the writing of the Brock stuff is what's derailing him. If the fake retirement wasn't part of it, this would be leading to a great rubber match with Brock's career on the line, and Oba would have a similar eternal rub to Brock beating Taker.
🔥 Is WWE Gradually Ruining Oba Femi’s Career? YES or NO? 👀
Oba went from dominating NXT to beating Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania… then lost the momentum right after.
Now he’s stuck in the Brock storyline again.
Was it too soon for him to lose? Or is this just part of a bigger plan?
YES — WWE is cooling him off too fast
NO — This will make him stronger later
What do you think? Drop your take 👇

Femininity doesn't just mean sexualization like some of the replies I saw are saying. What Candice is actually saying is a valid point, but is inherently going to get lost, because people who take it as a point about bra & panties matches and shit will run with it.
I'd like to point out how similar Danhausen's face paint is to Crow Sting. Y'know, one of the main gimmicks that revitalized WCW as part of the initial nWo storyline?
Also, Jeff Hardy. Like...it's wrestling. Shut the fuck up.
I remember this situation, and still thought it was crazy. People say that he was banned because he admitted the purpose was to bluff, but that's still insane. They're falling for it because they make assumptions based on information they shouldn't be using anyway.
Juat found out that in competitive irl yugioh bluffing is illegal?? A player got a 6 month tournament ban for putting tokens off to the side that his deck doesnt actually use in order to trick opponents into believing hes running different cards than he was
You *can* not like one cringey thing while liking another, y'know. And this is coming from someone who has more enjoyed the GBM story than not, although I do have significant criticism of it myself.
Isn’t it funny how WWE fans act like the Sami Zayn-Gingerbread Man story is the worst thing ever, when they love the Attitude Era and want it back?
Are we forgetting that the Attitude Era had some of the most goofy, cringeworthy, and poorly-aged moments in wrestling? (1/4)
The reason people are more protective over artists than over programming is pretty detailed for someone who refuses to buy a checkmark to explain here, but to attempt to simplify it, it is simpler for your job as a programmer to simply shift rather than be replaced.
Ironmouse, Shylily, AmaLee, and even the VA for the game, Maggie Elise, have come out against the usage of AI in Neverness to Everness.
They cite being "lied" to about the use of AI, as well as being protective of the "artists" and voice actors for whom AI threatens...
WHAT ABOUT THE PROGRAMMERS?
WHAT ABOUT THE DEVELOPERS?
Generative AI today is used universally in the development of software, and has already led to the loss of many software development jobs, especially for junior-entry level jobs. AI is already in every game, software, website, and yes, even on the backend of Twitch.
Oh, but it's a different technology.
No. Generative AI, whether it's LLMs with Claude code, or AI art-videos uses the same kind of transformer algorithm. AI is already in tons of games, especially in code, and they don't disclose that just because it's not "art assets". Requiring disclosure only for creative tasks, not for programming, is a double standard.
You people don't care about other people's livelihood. You only care about the optics of playing a game on stream or taking sponsors NOW that the drama has unfolded into mainstream discourse.
But they don't care that AI is used in Nikke art assets.
Or that AI was used in E33.
Or that AI is used in the software for all the modern games.
AI is transforming how work gets done across EVERY creative and tech industry, just like previous tech waves did. Crashing out about the differences between “creative” and “technical” is stupid when both are replacing/augmenting human labor in exactly parallel ways.
TLDR... pretending AI in programming is somehow “different” and harmless while AI in art is an existential threat is pure unadulterated hypocrisy.
A fun fact: back in like 2017, I traced the beginning of his downfall back towards people in the MTG community, and in fact the company itself, not appreciating him using "beta cuck" as an insult towards people. And the funniest thing about that now? Apparently? Projection.
@forestm555@BluThundrBmb Well they haven’t. And it’s not that far fetched to think WB is done w AEW. Especially after the way TK fumbled Danhausen. WB must be embarrassed by that.
Of all the unhinged things you said here, there's one very telling one:
Brock also lost a competitive match to Cody. Brock had competitive matches with smaller guys, including AJ Styles. You've never heard of going out on your back, clearly.
I just re-watched Brock Lesnar vs Oba Femi's WrestleMania match, and if you actually pay attention to the match, it feels like the entire thing was booked to humiliate and disrespect Brock.
This is Brock Lesnar..not some ordinary wrestler. A former UFC champion, one of the biggest names in the business, and arguably the last true megastar draw. And yet, he was booked like a complete jobber.
He ends up jobbed to an NXT rookie who had already taken losses against smaller guy like Ricky stark, even had competitive moments against a another smaller guy like Cody Rhodes he didn't sold any moves not even Brock’s F5...That just doesn’t make sense.
How do you treat a legend of Brock like that?
Honestly, it feels like this kind of booking didn’t just hurt Brock aura..it straight-up humiliated him. And I genuinely believe moments like this are why he just disappeared and retired out of nowhere..
Under Vince McMahon, something like this would never happen..
The most interesting part about Hoyoverse's lawsuit against Homdg is that they're using the fact he signed the in-game TOS (the ones you press "accept" on in the login screen) as a legal argument against him (1)
This is an *incredibly* headass take. Using wiki pages as a measure of lore quantity is *crazy*, especially when not all those pages, and probably not even the majority if we're being honest, are lore.
I take the ethics of AI very seriously.
No, I would not consider it unethical to use AI for translation. While it's nigh-impossible to 100% prove one way or the other, I'm confident that isn't what's happening. I am working on a video. If you want to give your side, reach out
There is a *very* big difference between upscaling an image from one resolution to another and having the words you are speaking be generated by a chatbot.
Tectone calls out the gacha community for blaming him for all of their issues
“Now I’ve been gone for nearly a year..still the worst it’s ever been..one day they’ll realize I was never the problem..I was the solution”
Also, Genshin player side of this: it shouldn't be here. Genshin's 2025 output has been mostly bad, with some recovery later in the year, but still not worthy of being in the same league as e33 or Silksong.
