5/ Nameserver Nightmare:

Plesk’s 2 nameservers per node setup? A mess. Expanding it to ns3, ns4… made it worse. Then cPanel’s DNS Clusters saved us! Now, we’ve got global nameservers: US, Germany, UK, Japan, Singapore, Australia—bulletproof, thanks to your trust & support. 🌍⬇️

Wow—where to even begin? 2024 started with us thinking, “Hey, Plesk is decent, right?” But your feedback was clear: cPanel was the holy grail. We stuck with Plesk for cost & ease, thinking it was “basically the same.” Oh, how wrong we were! ⬇️

We spun up AlmaLinux 9 servers (finally supported), added CloudLinux OS & Imunify360, optimized MySQL, and gave you PHP 5.6 to 8.3. Yes, ancient PHP versions. Why? You asked for it! BoostedHost is all about pleasing you. ❤️⬇️

3/ Saved us?:

Randomly, ChatGPT mentioned “WHM DNSOnly.” A lightbulb moment! Turns out, cPanel is so much more than we thought: DNS clusters, config clusters, SMTP relays, you name it. Sleep-deprived me (Jordan, CEO) fell in love with cPanel & threw Plesk out the window. 😂⬇️

2/ “à la Poubelle”:

We wanted LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, & AlmaLinux 9. Turns out, Plesk didn’t play well with them. Weeks of trying AlmaLinux 8 led to kernel nightmares. Group Brain (our 4 collective braincells) failed hard. Everything went… à la poubelle (to the trash). 🤦‍♂️⬇️
