@Sancann42@beadmomsw@ReichlinMelnick Sorry, I don't spend too much time here anymore. To answer your question, 1890 Supreme Court case "In re Neagle". The ruling established that states cannot criminally prosecute federal agents acting within the scope of their authority. Doubt SCOTUS will strike that down soon.
@Sancann42@beadmomsw@ReichlinMelnick That's existing court precedent going back decades. It's 100% shitty, but it is a huge roadblock to holding these agents responsible for their actions.
@Sancann42@beadmomsw@ReichlinMelnick So basically, so long as they are operating as they have been, they are outside any and all local jurisdiction. The only way they could possibly be arrested by local LEOs is by committing a crime off duty.
@SenRickScott Rick Scott is right, government funding for health insurance is such a scam. Google “Rick Scott Medicare fraud” to learn more about this important issue.
@CapitolPolice you and your brethren are seen as pawns by the current administration. As he has recently demonstrated, he could have called in the national guard at any time during the siege of the US Capitol. Do not be his pawn today, tomorrow, or the next day.
