Larson 100%

[Chaos Crave @ChaosCrave_]

Brie Larson and Ana de Armas are reportedly the top two contenders in line to play Samus Aran in Universal Pictures' live-action 'METROID' adaptation.

Universal and Nintendo are weighing Larson-a long-time vocal fan of the franchise-against de Armas as they look to lock in their leading star for the sci-fi epic.

Larson. 💯

[POP BLiP @POPBLiP]

Brie Larson and Anya Taylor-Joy are reportedly 2 of 4 actresses being considered to portray Samus Aran in live-action 'METROID' movie.

Sony (LEGEND OF ZELDA) and Universal Pictures (SUPER MARIO BROS) are the two frontrunners to produce Nintendo's film.

Expected release in 2028.

@itz_ahmedx Took my iPhone 17 Pro a week to finish when I first installed the beta. Every beta after that was less than 24 hours.

[[mcp] @BoothNinja81]

Really enjoying #Lanterns.

[[mcp] @BoothNinja81]

I can not disagree with this assessment.

[BobbyWasabi @BobbyWasabi]

I feel so bad for Astro Bot because it easily clears every Switch 2 exclusive so far, but it’s trapped on a console whose target audience largely does not care for it

[[mcp] @BoothNinja81]

@friedPeeP Bad? No it wasn't. But it was released in a a Metroid drought. It was like getting rain in a desert. But funny enough it was the bike and desert section that killed this game.

[[mcp] @BoothNinja81]

@Sankew06 Oh my gawd yes! This is a big reason why I upgraded to the AirPod Pro 3's. So annoying.

💯

The Metroid Ravenous trailer has caused sales for Metroid Dread to surge on the eshop globally.

Its always boggled my mind given how iconic Samus is and how influential and high quality the Metroid series is that it's had lacklustre sales.

I mainly put it down to the fact that the fanbase for these types of games are mostly on PS, Xbox and PC.

It's Nintendo's blacksheep and that's probably why its my favorite video game franchise by a wide margin, it has the Nintendo quality but with more mature and dark themes.

I plan to do a review panel of Metroid Ravenous with some of the devs that worked on the Metroid Prime games when it comes out.

Alan Ritchson is reportedly 1 of 4 actors being considered by Sony Pictures to star as Solid Snake in the live-action 'METAL GEAR SOLID' movie.

Watching “Ride or Die” on Amazon and I say this with all sincerity, Hannah Waddingham should be the next 007. Yes, I will die on this hill.

What moon language is this.

RDJ's Doom is NOT a Tony Stark variant at all!
Instead: RDJ's Tony Stark was actually the 616 Doom variant REWRITTEN by HWR to be ADOPTED by the Starks and RAISED AS Tony Stark. But in the 838 Illuminati universe, this didn't happen, and Victor was instead allowed to be Victor!

Guess I’m a tourist then, because this list is a pretty good list of reasons I’m even paying attention to GTA6.

[Yorch Torch Games @YorchTorchGames]

Signs of a gaming tourist:

1. Thinks having a female protagonist in GTA is a great idea.
2. Considers managing emotional relationships in GTA 'interesting.'
3. Thinks Lucia is hot.
4. Is looking forward to whatever Lucia has to say.

Did I miss anything?

[[mcp] @BoothNinja81]

Lanterns is still good TV.

[[mcp] @BoothNinja81]

Hey @playstation, where are the remakes/remasters for the inFamous franchise?

[[mcp] @BoothNinja81]

Took 2 years for some one to say how I felt after watching this movie.

[[mcp] @BoothNinja81]

@AnxiousHolly

[[mcp] @BoothNinja81]

Didn’t preorder GTA VI before the extended look. Didn’t preorder it after the extended look. I knew 6 minutes in the game wasn’t for me. And that’s ok.

[[mcp] @BoothNinja81]

This sums up my thoughts pretty well. As I have been saying for a long time now, GTA is a jack of all trade, and a master of none.

[[mcp] @BoothNinja81]

@geoffkeighley 🥱

[Shokio @Shokio_YT]

My overall thoughts on GTA6:

Visually looks great, especially considering the big, detailed world and render distance.

With that being said, if you're the type of gamer who's able to see past presentation, it looks pretty run-of-the-mill.

If Rockstar's gameplay has never bothered you then I can understand why you're excited but as someone who thought that both GTA4 & 5 were just average games from a gameplay perspective, I'm not really moved.

[[mcp] @BoothNinja81]

@SCP21 I find all of this nails on a chalkboard annoying.
