For the ignorant Americans who don't understand what US Aid to Ukraine actually looks like, please read and share this list:

- The vast majority of the military aid we're providing Ukraine comes directly from existing U.S. military stockpiles.

- These weapons aren't brand new; they're mostly older stockpiles that the U.S. military planned to replace anyway.

- The funding approved by Congress actually goes to American companies (like Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and Boeing) to build new, upgraded weapons for OUR OWN military.

- This helps the American economy:
Supports thousands of American jobs
Strengthens American manufacturing
Ensures our military gets newer, better weapons

- Ukraine gets help against Putin's aggression. From his military's horrific violations against innocent women and children.

- America gets stronger, safer, and better equipped in the process.

If they've quit a trophy deemed by society (e.g. Fancy college, big consulting job etc) - it's a strong indicator of high agency.

The more pressure against this decision from family & friends - the greater the agency.

@lidangzzz 美国非盈利机构的工作包括学校和NGO，工作签证不用抽签，申请可得。若不想等半年可以申请加急，一两个月可办。
但雇主也需证明不能雇到本国人，似要出具在当地媒体打招聘广告一段时间的证明。
除非是硕果丰收的人才可只有网络面试，一般都需要面对面面试，交流看性格是否合拍。
有其它签证先到方便些
