This is Geoffrey. He is now the leader of Hope Baptist church. The rains have started and one of the walls of his house fell in. He is trying to repair it, but the mud has not been holding with the wet conditions. Will you pray for him to be encouraged & for his wall to stay up?

So the hole was drilled to 110M and came up dry. Even after surveying for the best spot for water, it’s still not a guarantee water will be found. Our driller agreed to one more shot before they move on. Pray 4 water!!! @BorderlandsTeam

BidiBidi, 1 of the largest refugee settlements in the world is home to over 270,000 from S Sudan. With support from #BGR we installed a borehole at this food distribution point. Projects like this allow us into the camps to also provide living water! John4:13-14 @BorderlandsTeam

We are seeing more requests for discipleship than we can fulfill. Pray that we will be wise in how we disciple refugees so that true multiplication happens! Pray for Ocea and Tika zones of Rhino camp that leaders will rise up and walk closely with Christ.

Josiah and Titus were recently baptized! We are rejoicing as a team and looking forward to what God has in store for these two young followers of Christ. Would you pray for them as they continue to be discipled and grow in their relationship with Jesus?

A new discipleship group has been started in Tika zone. We will be meeting with 14 young men every week to discuss scripture, theology and train them in personal evangelism. Will you pray for these men as we meet with them? (Just a few pictured below)

Our latest trauma healing class ended yesterday. One woman said through tears, “Before I did not have anyone to listen to my story. Thank you for this opportunity to share.” Pray for continued healing to be found and for the gospel to sink deeply into their hearts. #refugeecare

Will you pray for Aron and Lina as they teach a new trauma healing class this week? They are second generation teachers! Jongo and Kevin are helping here and there but are mostly handing it off to them. Pray for confidence and for the Spirit of God to guide them.

I enjoyed being in the village today, shadowing a like minded ministry in borehole drilling, discipleship, dedication of a new well to God and praising Him for His provision! Hoping to apply this ministry avenue to our work in the refugee settlements soon! @BorderlandsTeam
