@DuuuhCringe3@ShitpostGate iirc >25 rounds of 5.56 and the magazine has to curve, easier to store/carry straight mags
the people who design these things are smart, there's always a reason/compromise
@Lagomorph_@DaveOshry So, so, so many memorable moments and characters. I still find new stuff after 500+ hours, it's insane.
I normally skip dialogue after the 4th time hearing it but I let Mr House finish. René Auberjonois was cast perfectly
@GamerboiRandom@AndrewHulshult Yeah, tbf I do it with "clones". Years later, when that genre is basically dead, you come back and appreciate having more of a thing you like (even if it's not as good)
@GravyRaven24 Always preferred them, they look like light airborne shock troops whereas later designs felt like they were leaning more towards Spartan design language (bulky sci-fi armour)
still like the later designs, but I really liked the H2 flak jacket and purple visor. felt distinct
@Thatdude16_@AssaultHetz@DocStrangelove2 Pepsi, they originally were trading it for Stolichnaya vodka, but once the Soviet occupation of Afganistan started Americans boycotted it. Rubles weren't worth anything internationally so the ship deal happened instead -- Pepsi Co were basically middlemen to scrap them for cash
@AssaultHetz@DocStrangelove2 Yeah, Eisenhower introduced Zhukov to Coca-Cola, and in order to keep it on the dl they had him shipped crates with the colouring & branding removed.
