Diretor de Stellar Blade responde sobre a aparência da Evie e diz que as skins do próximo jogo serão ainda mais atraentes

Para perguntas feitas pela típica IGN, ele respondeu:

"Sim. Ela é mais jovem. Ela é menor em tamanho. Ela é mais baixa que Eve, mas ela tem uma personalidade mais forte e participa de batalhas muito mais difíceis. E ela, na verdade, faz parte de um esquadrão especial que persegue um grupo de terroristas que causa ataques terroristas pela cidade."

O jornalista então disse que a Eve do 1º jogo é altamente sexualizada e perguntou se ele estava preocupado que, ao usar uma personagem com aparência jovem em Blood Rain, ele estivesse correndo o risco que pessoas enxergarem Evie de uma forma que a SHIFT UP não deseja.

O diretor Kim Hyung-tae respondeu:
"Se você realmente jogar o jogo, não pensará isso. Eu definitivamente gosto da aparência de Eve no Stellar Blade anterior. Mas desta vez, Evie, não apenas sua aparência física, mas sua personalidade, o jeito como ela fala, a forma como ela entra em combate, tudo isso vai se combinar, e você verá que ela é uma personagem muito adorável."

O jornalista comentou sobre as roupas do 1º jogo serem reveladoras e Kim comentou sobre Blood Rain: "Serão ainda mais atraente. É tudo o que podemos dizer."

Kim então explicou o porquê de seguir com uma nova protagonista: "Não podemos contar tudo agora porque isso seria um spoiler, mas quando você jogar a sequência, verá que a história de fundo da Eve será mais memorável. Será mais bonita de certa forma.

A história da sequência se sustenta sozinha, então você não precisa conhecer a história anterior para aproveitá-la. Mas, se você jogou o 1º, verá muitos pontos aqui e ali, momentos muito memoráveis e impressionantes em que será algo como: ‘Ah, então foi isso que aconteceu. Foi nisso que aquilo resultou.’"
