Momentum continues at Campus Oaks Town Center. Ace Hardware broke ground last month, and Shops 1 and 2 followed with construction beginning last week as the 16-acre development continues to take shape.

Stacks of steel beams, rebar and spiral duct might seem like pure function, but look closer—there’s an art to construction. Lines intersect, shadows shift, and patterns emerge in the organized chaos of building. The materials themselves tell a story of transformation.

Big moves were happening at Cinespace as we transformed the former Catalina Yachts manufacturing site in Woodland Hills, CA into an adaptive reuse project that includes six new sound stages, each requiring a bold structural feat: raising the roof by 18 feet!

In the production offices at Cinespace, the exposed beams and steel trusses create patterns of their own, an industrial aesthetic too good to hide so we’re leaning into this raw, structural beauty.

An amazing trip to Montreal w/ Schluter Systems! Adam learned to build a full shower system and visited a "sugar shack" to collect maple sugar the old-fashioned way. Great moments with folks from all over + tasty maple beer + local music.
