@Uber I booked a ride that initially showed 5 mins, but the driver took a wrong route and the ETA went up to 10 mins. I called him and pointed it out, after which he marked the ride as “arrived” even though he was still around 500m away.

Have booked ride at 9.40 PM and you.

@Uber He eventually cancelled the ride after almost 20 mins. As a loyal customer, this was honestly one of my worst experiences with @Uber.

If @Uber considers this acceptable service, I’m sorry, but I’m happy to choose other options available in the market.

I wouldn’t be surprised if #BookMyShow is somehow benefiting airlines. By releasing tickets only few hours before the match, people are left with very few travel options and many are forced to take flights. This also filters out fans who can't afford expensive last-minute travel.
