@British_Airways, none of our bags arrived after Thursday’s flight from LHR. I spent over 1.5 hours in line till after midnight, filing my claim.

It’s now DAY TWO, with NO update and NO one answering the phones.

Many of us have VITAL work and health-related items in those bags. This is unaccetable!

Over five weeks, we’ll explore participants’ relationship with money while building practical skills around:

✔️ Saving and building financial resilience
✔️ Investing, pensions and planning for the future
