@WeAreCanadiEM I remember being told about a BLS training cart with a feedback CPR manikin which was wheeled around a hospital. "Got 5 minutes? Let's practice chest compressions. Here's where you can improve. Thanks. See you later". This was in 2008. Some places got it back then.
