🇷🇸 | #BREAKING Terroristic regime in Kosovo continues demolition at lake Gazivode

Crews from the "Ibar-Lepenac" company, accompanied by the so-called Kosovo Police, arrived at Lake Gazivode early this morning to demolish the "Jezero" motel and beach bar. The action comes immediately after the deadline set by "Ibar-Lepenac" for the owners to vacate what the company claims is usurped property.

The facility's operators had previously filed a criminal complaint against the head of "Ibar-Lepenac" and initiated civil court proceedings, requesting an injunction to halt any demolition until the ownership dispute is resolved. Despite these ongoing legal actions, "Ibar-Lepenac" has already overseen the removal of 16 structures around the lake, alongside recent property sealings by forestry inspectors.

The European Union in Kosovo has called on authorities in Pristina to immediately suspend all further demolitions, forced removals, and property seizures in the Gazivode area. Local representatives and business owners have strongly condemned the actions, characterizing the enforcement as legal violence and an unlawful takeover of private assets.
