We all know there are gaps in the squad that need filling - so give him time to do it? Can't overhaul an entire squad in two windows.

McNeil is awful but Dibling was worse. Who would you play at RB?

@EverTony81 @TacticallyMatt It's not just about the points total - each season is different. We're mid table now and not fighting relegation - that's progress. We all know there are massive leaks in the team that need fixing (full backs and strikers) so give him time to sort it.

In what way did we capitulate?
