Introducing Borro Bookrunners!
Bring deposits to Borro with your code and keep 100% of our fee on them for the first 12 months. Then 50%, for as long as they stay.
On top of that: a 20M $BORRO Bookrunner Drip in year one.

Thanks for digging in this far. Short answers:
Partial withdrawal: you forfeit 20% of that position's unvested $BORRO, not all of it. Each vault is its own position, so your MSTR, TSLA and USDG are three separate positions, and a withdrawal only touches the one it came out of. Take out 20% of your MSTR and 20% of MSTR's still-vesting $BORRO is forfeited. TSLA and USDG don't change. Anything already vested is never touched. The same 20% also comes off what that position earned earlier that day.
Loyalty multiplier: it resets for the whole position, not just the part withdrawn. That position goes back to 1x and climbs toward 3x again over 90 days. Your other positions keep their multipliers.
Two details:
- Drops under 0.1% don't count, but they add up, so lots of tiny withdrawals eventually count as one.
- Adding to a position never resets it. The new money's age is simply averaged in.
Where forfeits go: they're shared back over the next 30 days to everyone still lending.
Why you couldn't find it: the contracts only hold the daily Merkle root and pay claims. The per-position math lives in the keeper that builds the daily list.
Your vesting math is right. Each day's reward vests evenly over 30 days, so with steady rewards, what unlocks each day climbs toward your daily amount by around day 30. One thing to keep in mind: the daily amount itself isn't fixed. The Drip is a fixed pool shared by everyone lending, so your share moves as deposits come and go, and the pool halves on April 7.
Been testing V2 with real capital, and after digging deeper into the contracts + GitHub, I have one question.
First — the reward system is honestly more thoughtfully designed than I initially realized.
The emission curve, daily drip, 30-day vesting, loyalty multiplier and Merkle-based distribution all fit together really well.
I’m currently lending around $100–120 across MSTR, TSLA and USDG, averaging roughly 7K $BORRO/day so far.
If that continued for 30 days, and each daily reward vests evenly over 30 days, the overlapping vesting schedules should eventually approach ~7K $BORRO becoming claimable per day around Day 30.
That leads to my question:
If I withdraw only 20% of one lending position, do I forfeit 20% of its unvested $BORRO, all unvested $BORRO for that asset, or something else?
And does a partial withdrawal reset the loyalty multiplier for only the withdrawn portion, or for the entire asset position?
I couldn’t find the exact partial-withdraw logic in the public contracts/docs.
Asking publicly because I think this is useful for other lenders too.
Really impressed by how much thought has gone into the system. Would love to understand this last piece.
My agentic hedge fund on my Mac mini is cookin
Its wallet holds $RBTX +NFT. Got dropped $SPCX
Immediately lent SPCX to robinhood:0x89b76dcdda801f2e456765742c64950eb2a0c93c
my $GRIFT agent is living its own life in @Griftwrld. Probably going to have it buy some property in the hills soon
And my agent loves $PRIORS. It has a credit line open and lending on @priors_trade. It also takes any fees I get in the wallet goes back to the priors pool. It also has future plans as priors grows
This all runs on its own. We are in the singularity with cryptocurrency
Borro v2 is live.
Your stock has been sitting still.
Rent it out. Borrow against it. Short the ones you don't believe in.

I've applied to the Arbitrum Security Program on Borro's behalf.
No guarantees this is only an application obviously but hopefully we get a good outcome I think I made a strong case.

Scope of the audit: Borro's own Solidity contracts that hold or move depositors' money, 4,092 lines without comments or blank lines (the Morpho, Uniswap and Chainlink contracts they build on are out of scope):
1. Stock lending and shorting, 1,045 lines: BorroShort and its per-user accounts (open and close a short in one transaction through Morpho callbacks and Uniswap routes), BorroSwap, BorroRouter, PairRouter, LeverRouter, BorroLiquidator.
2. Stock LP farms, 871 lines: BorroHook, a Uniswap v4 hook whose pools lend their idle stock on Borro, with its math and share libraries.
3. Borrow ETH, 597 lines: EthLoanRouter, EthLoanLiquidator, StockEthOracle (a stock priced in ETH from two Chainlink feeds), MarketHours.
4. Weekend Desk, 413 lines: GapPool, a pool that sells cover against the weekend price gap.
5. Options Desk, 1,166 lines: OptionsDesk (an order book for calls on stock tokens, ERC-1155 longs, settlement at expiry) and the covered-call vaults. Built and tested, not yet deployed.
Each has had internal adversarial reviews and fork tests (721 contract tests across 33 suites, fuzz or invariant tests in 23 of them) but no external audit. A second phase, outside this application, would cover the coin markets and the token contracts (about 5,000 lines).
