But after the scan, I was pushed into another appointment and then made to sit there for 1.5 hours with no answer. If this is how a hurting patient is treated, something is seriously wrong.

Complaint was serious:
β’ Pizza handed in a garbage-style plastic bag at Cambridge Layout, Bangalore
β’ Staff shouting at customers
β’ Wrong billing (ordered non-veg, billed veg)
β’ Card machine not working
A global brand should not treat customers this way and then go silent after promising action. Is this your customer service standard?

2οΈβ£ Staff shouted at customers instead of handling the situation professionally.
3οΈβ£ I clearly ordered NON-VEG pizza, but your staff billed it as VEG and I noticed only after payment.
4οΈβ£ Card swiping machine wasnβt working either.
Paying customers deserve basic respect, hygiene, and proper service standards. This is not what anyone expects from a global brand. Immediate action needed against the branch management. Photo proof added
