@TheEkernEdge Understandable. Keep seeing metrics that show he’s very good when on the field. Guess he’s similar to Downs and just capped by not being on the field as much as Watson. Always felt Watson was ML’s guy, but Reed was Love’s. Going to be interesting to see with Wicks and Doubs out
@TheEkernEdge Can I ask why we delegate to Watson over Reed? I understand the 2 WR sets but it seems like nobody is talking about Reed having any possibility of being the best fantasy War in GB
@amazehayes_ Comparing this to my most recent rookie draft
Beck 3.6
Stribling 3.8
Sarratt 4.1
Tate 1.2
Tyson 1.3
Mendoza 1.5
Omar cooper 2.4
Always interesting to see the differences in values
@bhlademyst Promo pack, as well as 5-8 ballin packs AND you get the uniforms and icons that you can exchange for more bundles later. Just food for thought but it might be slightly more rewarding
@bhlademyst I tried to map the efficiency of this vs the New Threads one. Obviously if you’re only using new threads for the hit mission, you get less TA progress. But if you can manage all the stat missions in a single 7 game season, it’s about double the packs with an extra
There is a whole generation of men out here who are absolutely exhausted from being the "transitional guy." They come into your life, absorb all the trauma your toxic ex left behind, provide stability, and love you gently. But because your brain is still addicted to chaos, you mistake his consistency for a lack of passion. You drain his peace to heal yourself, and then abandon him because there isn't enough "drama" to keep you entertained. Men are constantly being used as emotional handymen to fix damage they didn't cause, only to be discarded the second the foundation is stable. It is pure emotional vampirism.
Huge day for the “don’t sit your top prospect with a 50% hard-hit rate and premium defense for the journeyman utility infielder with a first percentile average exit velocity just because there is a lefty on the mound” fan club
Still workshopping the name
@EMT_Ashlie This team is too talented to be picking top 5, and even in what projects to be a deep QB class next year, you can’t convince me QB 5 or 6 in that class is a better option than Baker.
@EMT_Ashlie If the season goes awry, you aren’t enticing a new HC by not having a QB. We’ve seen what Baker is capable of for 2 years when healthy. Offensively this team has no ~true~ holes. Lock in the offensive core and upgrade/build depth where you can while the defense comes along.
Man, this is such a rough offseason as a Buccaneers fan.
I like to keep my fandom out of my work as much as possible, but this is impossible to compartmentalize.
Lavonte and Mike, you guys are what kept hope alive during some of the franchise's roughest years. Knowing the Bucs had y'all on both sides of the ball, two elite players the team could build around, made every offseason encouraging. It was one of the coolest experiences watching y'all get the rings you deserved so much.
And, y'all are two of the best human beings to ever don the red and pewter.
Lavonte, to you specifically, I can't wait to see your future Hall of Fame bust. Thank you for the memories.
WATCH: "[I want to] just hopefully prove the coaches right."
After this first rookie minicamp way back in 2012, #Bucs LB Lavonte David wanted to make a positive impression on his coaching staff that they drafted the right guy.
I think he did way more than that.
Usually when a franchise icon leaves it’s all about how they abandoned the team and the fans.
It’s extremely telling that there’s absolute universal agreement among Buccaneers fans who they’re furious with over Mike Evans leaving Tampa Bay.
(It’s not Mike)
