@BronxBD20 @NYGovCuomo @NYSLabor Call Cuomo's office, press 3 to leave a message, then press 2 & it will put you on hold. I waited 45 min and then was transferred to DOL. Ask for a level 3 supervisor and tell them your weekly certifications are being rejected. It may take a 1-2 week to fix. good luck!

@NYGovCuomo I can't get through to the NYS DOL call center - PLEASE help - I've been advised by someone who had the same issue to ask for a Level 3 Supervisor to call me to correct the problem I'm having with rejected certifications since 12/20/20. Please pm me for contact info.

@NYSLabor My weekly certification has been rejected since 12/20/20 for no reason, I have not returned to work. I've called the help center 200+ times but get hung up on. Message sent from account, letter sent via snail mail, message sent on Insta. I can't give up, please help me!

@NYSLabor Still not working for me. I successfully certified yesterday morning but this morning it disappeared and I had to do it again. And around and around I go, this has been happening since 12/20/20 and no money or help. Call help center never works - only hangs up on me. please help!
