EA support is no help when it comes to account problems. I just bought a ps5 and am trying to access my og apex account from my Xbox days. I logged into the website to do what I needed, removed my old ps4 account and attempted to add my new PSN to my ea account. #EA #EAHelp

@EA I unlinked my ps4 account from my EA account , because I made new PSN account here for ps5. 
I had no warning if I unlink I cannot ever add a new account. Now I just want to link my back old account and go back to how it was so I can still play.

I’ve tried for two days on the official website and still nothing yet, it’s very frustrating if you buy a game with this company and they won’t help you at all. Probably stay away from all ea games
