According to @Strava’s 2024 Year In Sport report, there’s been an 89% increase in the number of women joining a run club over the last year. 🏃‍♀️

I joined @BosworthAcademy’s Nathan and Thomas on their @MovemberSchools running effort today. Nathan ran for 12 hours from 7am-7pm and ran 73.3km. Thomas ran 42.2km as part of his monthly target of 525.6km - he’s nearly there. Amazing effort from them both.

We also have Finlay swimming 60km in the month and his page can be found here: https://t.co/0B84FDgknw

@RobertSmyth_PE That’s awful news. Claire spoke at one of our training days years ago and was incredible. Hugely inspirational. A really sad loss.

First England cap…first Gold medal!!. 🥇 Only Gold medal won by England. Ollie and Nicole were the perfect pair as the U18 mixed recurve team and hit two tens in the shoot off to win gold against Wales. England second overall behind Wales in the Team event. 😀🏹🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿👏@BosworthPE
