No thanks to @AmericanAir we are finally home. Took 30 hours,5 flights and sleeping on airport floors as @AmericanAir refused to change our flight over a few dollars. Do not give these crooks your money,they sell the ticket and could care less if you make the flights you paid for

@AmericanAir is a complete joke. First they change our airport from Liberia to San Jose in Costa Rica costing me an additional $575 in transportation. Then we get to San Jose and they delay the flight to Charlotte so long that we had to fly into Miami, just to go through customs

flying out. Now they are saying they don’t have the ability to change that flight and Delta is saying the ticket is in @AmericanAir possession so they can’t change it. I will NEVER fly @AmericanAir again and I encourage everyone to do the same.

and get back on the plan to Charlotte. Now they have no flights out of Charlotte to Buffalo for us to take so they booked us on a Delta flight that leaves at 6AM and we just landed at 2 AM. I asked them to switch our Delta flight to a later one so we could lay up in a hotel.
