Amdal is born out of a lettering project for Korean fashion brand Merely Made, which was developing a collection inspired by the Sahara. From there began the development of a family of characters reduced to writing only one sentence.

Today is Yennayer 2972 and new font day!

Amdal is our 1st typeface supporting the Tifinagh script. It was designed by Walid Bouchouchi, a long-time friend who contributed to Solide Mirage and Avara.
