Diego Andres speaks fluently french. Indeed, he was born and raised in Paris.
In this show, he’ll be playing a druid that has a deep connection to mother nature. But also, a warrior, that has a deep connection to others. Who knows. We shall discover.
Look at these amazing photos of our dress run, courtesy of the talent that is Michael O'Reilly.
We're prepping for our last show today, and whilst we'll miss this epic play, we've had a blast along the way. Thank you to everyone who came and supported us, either live or online x

James is an actor from Hertfordshire with a penchant for wearing corduroy & imitating the voice of Thameslink rail. Born in a historically Roman Market town, James is looking forward to playing the role of Centurion Marcellus Sextus who's lines include "Ahh, urghh & Arghh!"
Born and raised in Hackney Molly will be throwing herself into the role of the forrest dwelling Warrior Queen that is Boudica.
Aside from the morning workouts with Annie, Molly has many favourite parts of the show... she cant tell what they are though! That would be spoilers.
We have arrived at the venue!! @Unicorn_Theatre
The cast and crew are feeling very excited and lucky!
We cannot wait to climb all over the set ⚔️
3 days till show number 1!!
Phoebe is very excited to be playing the fierce and fiery role of Blodwynn, Boudica’s eldest daughter. Although she can be cool, calm and collected in day to day life, she’s excited to swing a few swords and kill a few Romans in the upcoming shows!
Joseph Walsham from 21st Century Londinium will be playing Cato. He’ll also be smacking the sticks around, which is how the youths today say “playing the drums”. He is excited to be a part of this post lockdown performance that will be sure to crack the island in half!
Joe is a joyful, energetic soul from Manchester who’s thrilled to be telling such an amazing & powerful story of Boudica. Joe will be playing tribal king Gunnervik & Roman official Sejanus.
He’s excited to help be part of the company to lift this play to new heights of EPICNESS!
Jonah was born-and-bred in the firey pits of North London.
His character, Gaius Suetonius (Roman Military leader) was not born in North London but Jonah does feel that he’s been inadvenatly preparing for this role for years by playing many first-person shooters on Playstation.
Lashay is an actor from East Midlands. She will be appearing as Alonna, Icenia’s princess. Lashay is very excited to play a fierce skilled warrior with a tender heart.
Isobel is an actor from Bristol who is playing a number of parts including Silvia. She is Roman captive who voices the complicated politics of Roman and Briton identity. She is excited to use her skills in combat and movement in this epic production!
Max is an actor and musician from London, playing the tyrannical Procurator of Britain Catus Deciamus. He aids the stage combat as Fight Captain as well as *cue Jack Black voice* shredding guitar! Don’t ask him about books, he will talk your ear off with recommendations.
Annabel can’t wait to be part of this epic show! She will be playing a variety of roles her favourite being ‘Roman Woman’ who gives the audience a glimpse of the horrible realities of war! Annabel has been making the cast sweat running the morning warm ups everyday!
Amaru Reyes is an actor from Cambridge playing the callus role of Lucius. Although he is a calming wonderful human, he can often be found hanging from tall trees or 3 story buildings... Being able to climb over the Boudica set has been a dream for him!
Isaac is a Dublin born Irish actor... Dublish if you will.
In this production of the explosive play 'Boudica' Isaac will be in the role of the Trinovante King Cúnobelín.
He'll be doing a bit Drumming, a bit of Acting and maybe even a little bit of Dancing!
