Hey X ❤️😃
I’m Renna,
AKA @BOUJEEBUYYS ✨
Full time reseller, luxury treasure hunter and content creator! I sell designer/contemporary pieces while sharing reseller tips, flips and daily business life.
I graduated with a degree in Business Management with a Minor in Psychology from @UNOmaha
I turned “I’ll just shop for fun” into a full-time business and honestly… I still can’t believe this is my life sometimes, 7 years later!!😭✨ Forever the best job I’ve ever had!
Most people see piles of shoes, junk and random bags. I see inventory, potential and someone’s future favorite item 🩷

Successful morning… or maybe a very late night? 🤍
I woke up around 2 AM and couldn’t fall back asleep, so I decided to make the most of it.
✔️ Put together 10+ bundles
✔️ Packed 16 more pieces for my 6th ThredUp box (still working on)
✔️ Stayed on top of organizing inventory (which feels SO good)
One of my biggest goals this year was to get my business and life (literally) more organized and I can say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I sleep like a baby at night because of the systems I have in place. My mind is clear and it feels so nice.
Everything is easier when you have the right systems and tools and it’s made my business feel so much less overwhelming. 🩷
I’ll be posting my 5th ThredUp box later today! I’ve been having so much fun with consignment and I’m excited to see how everything goes, but I won’t lie those big boxes are really starting to hurt my back. I’ve had to cut down sourcing and photographing because it’s just so painful, but I have been getting help for it.
Slow progress is still progress. Every bundle packed, every box shipped and every organized shelf is another step forward. 🤍

Pregnancy can kill her.
C-sections can scar her forever.
Postpartum can destroy her mentally. But sure, keep calling it “just nine months.” Your lack of empathy is terrifying.
I don’t sell as much luxury as I used to, but this is one of the reasons I’m so cautious.
Authentication is worth every penny when you’re buying or reselling high-end pieces.
One mistake can cost far more than the authentication fee. 👏
As a luxury reseller who spent well over a decade working in corporate for some of the world’s most well known luxury brands, there’s one place I absolutely refuse to ever buy a designer handbag from.
Ready for the answer? 🫣👀
Any major department store with a generous return policies…aka Saks, Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, etc.
Yes, really. Why, you ask?
The expensive bag you buy has a good chance of being a fake. 🥴
Professional scammers will purchase authentic luxury bags, swap them for a convincing counterfeits (aka “super fakes”), and return the fakes with the original box, dust bag, and packaging. They get a full refund, then sell the authentic bags elsewhere for pure profit. 😮💨
Luxury shop-in-shop associates are absolutely trained to recognize suspicious returns and escalate concerns, but at the end of the day, many are hourly employees who have to balance company policies, customer service, and confrontations with upset customers. Faced with an irate customer insisting the bag is authentic, the vast majority will choose to process the return and move on rather than escalate the situation.
If that counterfeit return isn’t caught, it ends up back on the sales floor for an unsuspecting customer to purchase. 😫
If you’ve bought a luxury handbag from a department store and ever plan to resell it, invest in a professional authentication! It’s a small expense that could save you from a very costly mistake.
If you’ve never bought a luxury handbag from a department store?
Don’t. Start. Now. 😎
Are you surprised to learn this, or have you known about this widespread dirty little luxury secret? 🤫

Famous accounts are getting suspended... imagine the rest of us. 😄
That's why I keep it simple: focus on your work, not on acting like you have all the answers. Build your content, stay consistent, and chill.
X is just one platform. The world is much bigger than it.
Some seasons don’t make sense while you’re living them…
until one day you look back and realize every delay, every closed door and every detour was preparing you for something bigger.
Become the person you were created to be. The opportunities meant for you won’t miss you. Keep showing up. Your story is still unfolding. 🤍
